Zumba with Jo


Ever since I was a kid, I've always loved to dance. I would make up my own routines and perform for my family and friends. As I got older, I took dance classes in jazz, ballet, and hip-hop. But it wasn't until I discovered Zumba that I truly found my passion.

Zumba is a Latin-inspired dance fitness class that combines upbeat music with easy-to-follow choreography. I love the fact that it's not only a great workout, but it's also a lot of fun. I always leave class feeling energized and happy.

I've been teaching Zumba for the past five years, and I absolutely love it. I get to share my passion for dance with others and help them get fit. My classes are always full of energy and enthusiasm, and I love seeing my students progress and reach their fitness goals.
